# What is the onboarding and implementation process?

Once contracts are signed, our deployment team will take you through the onboarding process and work with you to gather information ready to be imported into the system using pre-templated forms for ease of use. Once implementation is complete the team will complete an admin workshop with your HR and Admin employees to show them how to use and configure your new system.
